Z世代
Broadly defined as those born between 1996 and 2010, Gen Z already makes up 30% of the global population and around 20% of China’s population.
Gen Zers are different from Millennials, Gen X and Baby Boomers。
Gen Z has grown up together with the burgeoning of China’s market economy, and thus their spending power seems to be stronger than that of previous generations.
Members of Gen Z are true digital natives: from earliest youth, they have been exposed to the internet, to social networks, and to mobile systems.
