亚洲基础设施投资银行 Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank
2013年10月，中国国家主席习近平提出了筹建亚洲基础设施投资银行（简称亚投行）的倡议。随后，中国与相关国家开展协商谈判。2014年10月24日，包括中国、印度、新加坡等在内21个首批意向创始成员国的财长和授权代表在北京签约，共同决定成立亚投行。截至2015年4月15日，意向创始成员国确定为57个。
In October 2013, President Xi Jinping proposed establishing the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). Thereupon, China started consultations and negotiations with interested countries. Finance ministers or envoys of the first 21 AIIB prospective founding members, including China, India, and Singapore, signed an agreement on establishing the AIIB on October 24, 2014 in Beijing. As of April 15, 2015, the bank had 57 prospective founding members.
现已确定亚投行总部设在北京，法定资本为1000亿美元。它是一个有政府间性质的亚洲区域多边开发机构，重点支持基础设施建设，旨在促进亚洲区域的建设互联互通化和经济一体化的进程，并且加强中国及其他亚洲国家和地区的合作。它也是一个开放、包容的多边开发银行，欢迎所有有兴趣的域内外国家加入，共同为促进亚洲地区基础设施建设和经济发展做出贡献。
It has already been decided that the AIIB will have its headquarters in Beijing and have US$100 billion of registered capital. The AIIB is an inter-governmental regional multilateral development institution focused mainly on financing infrastructure to enhance connectivity and economic integration in Asia and to strengthen cooperation between China and other Asian countries and regions. It is an open and inclusive multilateral development bank and welcomes all interested countries to work together to stimulate infrastructual and economic development in Asia.
