China will deepen trust and cooperation with Central Asian countries bilaterally and within the Shanghai Cooperation organization (SCO) to fight against drug trafficking, organized transnational crimes and "three forces" of separatism, extremism and terrorism to create a favorable environment for the economic development and the well-being of the people in this region.

中国愿同中亚各国在双边和上海合作组织框架内加强互信，深化合作，合力打击贩毒、有组织跨国犯罪和分裂主义、极端主义和恐怖主义等“三股势力”，为地区经济发展和人民安居乐业创造良好环境。
