国家发展改革委等四部门近日发布《关于推进共建“一带一路”绿色发展的意见》。《意见》明确，到2030年，共建“一带一路”绿色发展格局基本形成。

China will promote the green development of the Belt and Road, strengthening international cooperation on the issue, according to a guideline issued recently by the National Development and Reform Commission and three relevant departments. China aims to form a green development pattern for the initiative by 2030 , said the guideline.

截至3月25日，位于广东省阳江市沙扒镇的海上风电场今年已累计安全生产清洁电能10亿千瓦时，可替代标准煤30.76万吨，减少二氧化碳排放84万吨，相当于种植3309公顷阔叶林。

An offshore wind farm in the coastal area of Shapa town, South China's Guangdong province, had generated one billion kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity by March 25 this year. The amount of electricity generated can replace 307,600 tonnes of standard coal and reduce 840,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions, equivalent to growing 3,309 hectares of broad-leaved forest.

国务院3月28日印发通知称，照护 3岁以下婴幼儿可享受个税减免。

China has announced tax-relief policies for parents rearing children under 3 years old, according to a State Council circular issued on Monday.

根据这项通知，自2022年1月1日起，纳税人照护3岁以下婴幼儿子女（care for infants under 3 years old）的相关支出，在计算缴纳个人所得税前，按照每个婴幼儿每月1000元的标准定额扣除。父母可以选择由其中一方按扣除标准的100%扣除；也可以选择由双方分别按扣除标准的50%扣除(the deduction can be applied in full by one parent or can be split evenly)。

这项政策是为了贯彻落实2021年7月发布的《中共中央 国务院关于优化生育政策促进人口长期均衡发展的决定》（a decision on improving birth policies to promote long-term and balanced population development）。《决定》作出实施三孩生育政策及配套支持措施重大决策，提出在扩大托育服务(strengthen child nursery services)，降低养育成本(reduce the cost of childbearing)，改善产前和产后服务(improve prenatal and postnatal services)等领域提供支持。
